We specialize in helping with commercial and investment property acquisition, refinancing and tenant and property improvement.
We love to work with women who are founding or have founded businesses, minority-owned businesses and those who are just getting started with their real estate investment journey as much as we enjoy working with flag hotel investors, franchisees and fast-growing innovative businesses.
Our Founder
Jen West
I developed a love of entrepreneurship and for those who dedicate their lives to helping ventures grow and thrive. One of my first jobs was for a small business. The founders taught me some of the most important lessons that I’ve carried throughout my banking and financial career. Things like dedication through tough times, maintaining focus when the work gets difficult, and what it takes to get a job done are just a few of these lessons.
As a banker I saw a lot of loan agents who took a lackadaisical approach to their clients and who would just dole out acceptances and rejections, focused on paperwork and processing. I always took the approach that I should follow up with clients, help them understand what was necessary to receive funding, and I’d work with them throughout the process, even if it took them time to become loan ready.
Ultimately, that is why I founded Wild Fig Commercial Lending. I wanted more pathways for clients. I wanted to be able to match clients to the right loan among a diverse range of available products, not just those promoted by a single institution. We look forward to working with you, gaining an understanding of your business goals and objectives, and matching your business to the right funding sources.
